At every level and in every department, Datamax employees are committed team members.
Our open door and open access policy to all levels of management allows interaction between all levels and departments in the company. This is turn leads to decision-making and new programs based in part on input and feedback from office staff and technicians in the field.
Datamax team members are encouraged to look for creative client-related solutions and to bring new ideas for growing the company to the table.
And if you have a question or concern, you’ll find open access to discuss the situation and find an answer or work toward a solution.
Our employees also are involved in fundraising for various charities throughout the year. These employee-led campaigns, entirely volunteer, are great team-building activities which allow the company to come together to raise money for causes which are important to the employees.
Datamax likes to reward employees with internal contests with gift card prizes within departments, and sometimes the prize for outstanding service or sales is a trip or a cruise.

Datamax sponsors bowling teams, softball teams, company-wide parties, luncheons for anniversaries, annual holiday parties for employees and family, Cardinals baseball games outings, golf tournaments – just some of the ways the Datamax team finds to build internal relationships. Datamax believes that developing interpersonal relationships company-wide makes a much better working relationship.

We find that when those who work together find some time to relax together, it makes for the best working relationships.
