  1. Scanning capabilities included on all devices.
  2. PapertoOffice Pro software to allow scanning with OCR directly to formatted documents in Microsoft applications – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
  3. Consolidating devices at the reception area from one printer and two fax machines (one for outgoing faxes and one for incoming faxes) with one MFP
