OnTrac

OnTrac is Datamax's newly enhanced on-line support and web-based fleet performance and asset utilization tracking system. With OnTrac you can place a service call, view service history, register your meter reading, view your most recently billed readings, place supply orders, and more via the internet.

You will also be able to contact the OnCall Help Desk with just a click to ask questions, troubleshoot or enter into a secure remote access session if necessary.

OnTrac allows one account to have many users. Each user can view all units within their department for more flexibility.

We will continue to add additional enhancements to OnTrac to add more value to your experience as a customer of Datamax.
