As part of Datamax's Network Monitoring program, you’ll receive monitoring and validation of your backup processes via daily email confirmation. Backup remediation can be added to your monitoring to eliminate any intervention on your part in the daily completion of the backup process.
As an added value, you receive two hours of remediation services or onsite support every four weeks as part of your Network Monitoring program to use at your discretion.
We'll keep you informed of your network's performance with Monthly Executive Summary Reports including bandwidth usage, device performance, alert reports, and eDiscovery of hardware and software. You can add the option of a quarterly consultative review with a Network Architect or Enterprise Engineer to maximize the value of these reports.
