  • Was bought out and under new management - wanted a new MFP for general office work.
  • During the process of addressing printing issues, it was discovered that they needed color printing capabilities for planned newsletter project.
    • The newsletter project was going to be outsourced for an unknown cost.

    • PDFs printed slowly and paused during the print job on their current B/W units.

  1. By using the Universal Send feature to store membership applications, the staff saves approximately 10 hours per month in labor associated with filing and retrieving of these documents.
  2. The newsletter project was going to be outsourced for an unknown cost, and this was prevented by providing the customer with a color enabled solution. It was estimated they would save $250 per month by eliminating these outsourcing costs.
