The bank had an extremely outdated IT infrastructure and were in need of an infrastructure "refresh."

The Process

Datamax performed its evaluation, and worked with the institution to implement the following changes:

  • Upgraded messaging infrastructure
  • Decreased hardware inventory by approximately 70%
  • Stengthened security by implementing dual factor authentication and network zone policies
