Datamax is committed to serving our community. We believe in contributing to charity, non-profit and business organizations. Here are some of our recent highlights…
Health Causes
Team walks annually in honor of a fellow Datamax Team Member, and Breast Cancer survivor, as well as family members of staff. Raised over $3,000 in 2009.
Fundraising through luncheons and raffles raised over $2,000 last year. To date this year, we’ve raised $750 and printed their annual auction books for them.
Raised over $2,000 in 2008. Every year we also create & print thousands of booklets for the Light the Night Walk.

Held fundraiser to help with medical expenses for service technician’s granddaughter.
Children Causes
Participate annually with over $1,500 plus car loads of toys donated in just the past two years.
Raised money & donated van loads of clothes, household items, etc.
Participate annually in UW campaign.
Other Efforts
- Prop K Ritenour School District Bond Issue
Datamax printed 8,000 flyers for the group backing the bond issue for the school district that were distributed the Saturday before the vote. The flyers were an effective instrument in the successful passing of the bond issue.
- Fundraising Efforts
Datamax hosts quarterly lunches where the company caters the meal and employees donate money for the lunch with all proceeds going to the chosen charity/fundraising need. During the meal, employees can participate in a 50/50 raffle. Many times, the winner donates a portion of the winnings back to the fundraiser.
- Employee Donations
We have kept “piggy banks” to collect spare change to go towards selected charities.
