Situation: Construction Company – 35 employees
Challenge: Scanning Nightmare
- Current scanning software is not compatible with terminal stations which operate strictly over the network, which involves over 50% of staff’s PCs.
- Must scan into Ecopy Desktop because they cannot access the network file folder from the ShareScan station. This is irritating and causes additional steps which takes more time.
- Receptionist spends 4-5 hours/day with scanning-related tasks:
- scans 400 sheets per day
- walks to the IR device,
